We are pleased to introduce Bliss Bridal’s in house cleaning and preservation service. The team of women that prepared your gown for your event will clean, repair, and oversee the preservation of your gown. Our cleaning process is both eco-friendly and includes targeted spot clean removal. Entrusting someone with your wedding gown to bring it back to its original glory is important. We would love to work with you again on this final step.
Once we receive your gown, the Bliss team will conduct a thorough inspection from top to bottom to locate any areas of the gown that will need spot cleaning before a full clean. The team will then inspect all beading and lace appliques to determine if any repairs are required. Every detail of care the gown will require is noted to ensure a successful cleaning process. Once the inspection is complete, the team will move forward with an appropriate method of cleaning including spot treatments and repairs.
The areas needing additional care and attention will first be spot cleaned to get rid of any excess dirt, stains, or oils. Once spot cleaning is complete, the full gown will be tended to layer by layer for a full clean and inspection. Embroidery, beading, and lace appliques are properly cared for during the process to ensure no additional damage from the cleaning process. Once cleaning is complete, the gown is then steamed layer by layer and hung to dry for one to two days.
Your pristine wedding gown is now ready for packaging. The gown can either be packed into a water resistant garment bag, or it can be folded and wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and placed in a preservation box to seal the gown from environmental elements.

* Pricing will be confirmed by a member of the Bliss team after inspection of the gown. At this time we are not able to offer services to gowns constructed in silk fabric.

Bring the box to a Canada Post authorized shipper.
Receive your dress in 4 to 6 weeks, perfectly cleaned and steamed.
